It is approx. 2,500 square feet and can sleep up to 7 people. (4 bedroom/2 bathroom)

 The main level consists of a large bright open plan kitchen and family room, D/R and L/R

The upper level consists of 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.

The lower level consists a large rec. room/ bedroom, bathroom and laundry with exterior door to the patio.

There are three gas fire places ( L/R, F/R and Rec./R), plus a natural gas barbecue and fire pit on the patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped and we leave lots of pantry staples for the tenants to use. (Canned goods, coffee, sugar, rice, pasta, baking supplies, spices & condiments)

All personal items will be removed from the family room and living room but leave things like books, vases, candles etc... for the tenants to use. We completely empty the bedrooms and bathrooms. The linen closet is fully stocked with extra bedding and towels. All beds have duvets. (We can supply new sets of sheets for the beds if required.)

All clothes, shoes, personal effects, bathroom stuff etc... are packed and stored by the owners.

 The rent of $5,500 per month would include all utilities, including Wi fi, hydro, gas and Telus T.V. (There is not cable TV but a tenant could add that if they wish.)

 There is a one car carport and room for two more cars in the driveway. There is also street parking.
